• No guarantee of results. 1kPro does not guarantee customer leads, business results, or income. All outcomes depend on individual business factors.
• User responsibilities. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, compliance with applicable laws, and all activity under their account or profile.

Accounts and profiles

Service providers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date business information. 1kPro may suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms.

Payments and fees

Some features of the platform require payment. Fees, billing periods, and included services are described on the Pricing page or agreed upon separately.

Content ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By using the platform, you grant 1kPro a non-exclusive license to display and use such content solely for operating the service.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate or link to third-party services (such as Google, Yelp, or advertising platforms). 1kPro is not responsible for third-party content, decisions, or policies.

Limitation of liability
